WHO IS PAOLA?

I am Paola Nicole Toro Justiniano, a multi- hyphenated artist from Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. From a young age, I immersed myself in music, theater, and visual arts, actively participating in my school and church communities. My highschool years consisted of theater classes, singing at church, painting murals at school, math tutoring, and filming youtube videos. These early experiences fueled my passion for the arts and led me to pursue a career in acting, filmmaking, content creation, and graphic design.

After graduating highschool, my dreams took me to New York City. The only university I applied to had accepted me into their Drama Department. At New York University, I truly developed myself as the artist I am today. My professors, experiences, insanely talented people I met, and the city itself where pillars in my artistic evolution. Four years later, I graduated from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Drama, along with minors in Business of Entertainment Media and Technology, and Film Production. My training at The Stella Adler Studio of Acting and Stonestreet Studios provided me with a solid foundation in both theater and film acting, equipping me with the skills to excel in the artistic world.

Beyond acting, I am a content creator specializing in beauty and lifestyle. I collaborate with various brands to produce engaging UGC video and photo content. Take a peak at my UGC Portfolio on my site! Another side quest of mine, is my clothing brand! In 2023, my brother and I started a clothing brand named Fefi and Lola. This brand was born out of our love for our culture and fashion, hence we infused our brand with our childhood memories in Puerto Rico. Check us out on socials as @FefiandLola or our site FefiandLola.com! In my free time, I enjoy cooking, baking, painting, singing, and spending time with family and friends. These creative outlets allow me to unwind and further express my artistry.

As a proud latina artist, I can’t help but to share my stories and culture. Driven by a desire to challenge stereotypes and create opportunities for my people, I created Lola's Studios. Lola’s Studio is determined to create cinema that changes our viewers' perspectives on life, adversities, and artistry while creating a diverse workplace that allows creators from Latino and BIPOC communities to work and thrive in the field of entertainment. As of now, Lola Studios is composed of just me and my stories, but I am excited for this little production business to thrive and change the world! I believe in the power of storytelling to connect and inspire, and I am committed to producing content that reflects diverse voices and experiences.

My overall mission in life is to make at least one person’s day better, seek new adventures, and bring important stories to life. I am excited to continue my journey in the entertainment industry and look forward to sharing my work with you. Let’s connect!
